Ordering on our website is quick, easy and safe. Just follow these simple steps to find and purchase what you are looking for!
Search or Browse:
To find the product you are looking for you can either;
1. Search for it by typing a key word into the search box.
Or
2. Browse the categories and products to the left of your page.
Or
3. Browse alphabetically through ALL PRODUCTS A-Z.
Add the product to your basket:
Once you have found the correct product(s), simply select the option that you want (capsule/tablet number and price) and click "Add to basket".
Specify quantities and proceed to checkout:
Once you have added the desired item to your basket, adjust the quantities to your required amount and click "update" to confirm. You can then continue to shop for additional items, or if you have finished shopping, select the "proceed to checkout" button to place your order.

Postage and Delivery Information
UK Postage and Packing: Healthspan provides FREE postage and packaging on all UK orders. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
European Postage and Packing: Healthspan only charges a £2 fixed charge for European delivery, no matter how large your order is. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery to Europe.
Rest of the World: Healthspan only charges a £4 fixed charge for rest of the world delivery, no matter how large your order is. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery to the rest of the world
Multiple Items
In order to keep postage and packing costs down to a minimum and to ensure that we always offer the very best value products, all of our orders are sent out in standard sized boxes. If, therefore your order contained more than one item, please note that these will have been posted separately and may not be delivered at the same time.

Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Healthspan product we offer a 'no quibble' refund or exchange for your item.
To do so please:
- Enclose a brief note explaining the reason for return and the item you wish to exchange these with. Also payment if any difference in cost.
- Cross out your name and address (leaving visible)
- Write "return to sender" on the box.
- Take the parcel to the Post Office to return to us free of charge.
Please inform us if you experience problems doing so and we will send free post labels. If you no longer have the external packaging, please package and return to:
