St John's Wort Tablets - 900mcg Hypericin

Improve mood naturally.

St. John's Wort has been used for centuries as a natural alternative to conventional medicine to help improve mood, and is frequently prescribed for mild depression by doctors throughout Europe.

St John´s Wort is hugely popular amongst health professionals in Europe and America and has been referred to as the 'Sunshine Herb'.

The active ingredient hypericin, is believed to help increase seratonin, the brain chemical that governs mood.

If you're thinking of buying St John's Wort, the Golden Rule is to ensure that the product is made using a 'standardised extract' with a specified content of the active ingredient called Hypericin. Each Healthspan tablet contains 300mg of 'concentrated extract' of Hypericum Perforatum that provides 900mcg of Hypericin. Products that do not specify the Hypericin content are likely to be a complete waste of money. For example, a 400mg St John's Wort product may sound good, but if it's simply 400mg of powdered herb it will provide very little benefit. Our tablet formulation is suitable for vegetarians.

Our tablets are also pharmaceutically packed in foil blisters for convenience and to help maintain their potency. We don't know of any better product than ours on the market.
