Lipo-Carn is an antioxidant and amino acid combination of Alpha Lipoic acid and Acetyl-L-Carnitine that work synergistically.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is a antioxidant that is both water and fat-soluble, and helps to neutralise free radicals. It is synthesised naturally in the body, but is also found in foods such as spinach, broccoli, liver and heart.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine is an amino acid that is obtained in the diet through meat and vegetables.

One of each tablet provides the ideal levels of 200mg Alpha Lipoic Acid and 250mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine.
