Co Q10

Co-enzyme Q10 is a compound found naturally in the energy producing ‘power houses’ (mitochondria) of cells, which is why it is often referred to as ‘The Energy Spark Plug’. It is especially concentrated in the energy-intensive cells of the heart. It also acts as a powerful antioxidant, scavenging free radicals, neutralising them to help prevent cell damage.
