Traditionally used to help maintain healthy joints, cod liver oil provides high levels of essential omega 3 fatty acids as well as being a rich source of vitamins A and D.

Our unique St Clements Cod Liver Oil originates by sourcing the purest cod liver oil from the unpolluted, sustainable fisheries of Iceland. We then refine it further using our advanced 'filter-pure' technology to provide a higher concentration of valuable omega 3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) per capsule. The oil is then passed through a special deodorising process to ‘neutralise’ both its smell and taste. At this stage we add in our unique and natural St Clements flavour which is created by blending very small amounts of pure cold pressed Valencia orange oil and natural extract of lemons.

The omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA found in cod liver oil vital in helping to maintain supple and flexible joints, as well as a healthy heart and circulation.
