Morning or Evening? All four Synergex tablets and capsules can be taken together at the same time every day. However, for maximum benefits, some nutrients, such as those which reduce absorption of cholesterol, or which have a dynamic effect on the circulation are best taken in the morning. Others, which have a more long-term effect against inflammation, are best taken at night.
Morning: One Plant Sterols and garlic capsule and one cardio-vitamin complex tablet to be taken with food.
Evening: One Co-enzyme Q10 capsule and one Omega 3 capsule to be taken with food.
