Traditionally used to help maintain healthy joints, cod liver oil provides high levels of essential omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA as well as being a rich source of vitamins A and D.

Evening Primrose Oil is obtained from the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant, a wild plant from North America that bears no relation to our native wild primrose. There are two main types of Evening Primrose Oil; one is extracted using chemical solvents, whilst the other is extracted by mechanically pressing the oil from the seeds. This is the extraction method used by Healthspan.

Each Cod Liver Oil and Evening Primrose Oil combined capsule contains 60mg of EPA, 80mg of DHA and 30mg of GLA.
