An easy way to get all you need

What I take this product for: I used the Gold Multivitamins & Minerals tablets as a safety net. I still aim to eat my 5-a-day, but I feel confident that if I don't, or if there is not enough variety in my diet, I will still get all I need to be in good physical form.

Very good delivery service. I think this product is good value for money, but to be honest, I haven't done any comparison for some time. I just trust Healthspan to deliver the best quality products.

What I take this product for: I like this multivitamin as it contains everything you need for general wellbeing and does not contain excessive amounts that can be dangerous. .

It is very good value for money and free p+p is a bonus

What I take this product for: I take this product to ensure that I'm getting 100% of the RDA of essentail Multivitamins and Minerals.

I ordered these "Gold Multivitamins and Mineral tablets" from Healthspan because I couldn't find another product in the shops that had 100% of the RDA of 18 essential vitamins and minerals in them, which this product has.

Alot of multivitamins on the market don't even provide 100% of the RDA which I was shocked to find, so thank you Healthspan for being the best place I could find a top quality Multivitamin!
