Glucosamine occurs naturally in the joints where it plays a role in the smooth working of joints and helps maintain connective tissues.

Our Glucosamine Gel is a non-sticky, non-greasy topical treatment rich in glucosamine and other natural ingredients.

Bioavailable n-acetyl glucosamine has been included as a highly absorbable form of glucosamine. We have specially selected capsicum for high levels of its active ingredient capsaicin, a beneficial compound present in red peppers and chilli. Pure oil of Wintergreen is naturally extracted from the leaves and berries of the wintergreen plant and contains 99% methyl salicylate. The careful distillation of fresh eucalyptus leaves, harvested in the Chinese province of Guangdong, produces the cool eucalyptus oil included in Healthspan's Glucosamine Gel. This provides a minimum of 80% of the active ingredient, Cineole, responsible for Eucalyptus' distinctive aroma. Lastly, Healthspan's Glucosamine Gel also contains pure peppermint oil for its high content of soothing, cooling menthol.
