When you click a product’s

button or link, the selected product will be added to your basket and the basket
summary panel will be updated to reflect this. If your basket already contains the
product, the quantity will be increased by a further one for every click.

Clicking on the x next to the product will remove the item from your basket. To
purchase the selection in your basket you can either click the "Go To Checkout"
button in the basket or click "Checkout >" link in the page header

UK Postage and Packing: Healthspan provides FREE postage and packaging
on all UK orders. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours but please allow
up to 10 days for delivery.
European Postage and Packing: Healthspan only charges a £2 fixed
charge for European delivery, no matter how large your order is. Please allow up
to 21 days for delivery to Europe.
Rest of the World: Healthspan only charges a £4 fixed charge for
rest of the world delivery, no matter how large your order is. Please allow up to
28 days for delivery to the rest of the world
Here at Healthspan we take online security very seriously. We’d like to assure you
that we take great care to protect the personal information you send to us over
the internet. All credit and debit card purchases are processed directly using a
PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant card processing company; Healthspan employees
have no access to this information whatsoever. We do not store credit card information
on our website so you can rest assured that in the very unlikely event that our
security is breached, your financial data is not stored anywhere on our systems.
All data sent over the internet to our website is encrypted using 2048bit encryption
(look for the padlock symbol in your web browser) making sure that your details

name, email address and your address. We guarantee that we will not sell or pass

As your order is despatched from Guernsey, your order is regularly subject to routine
checks by HM Customs and the like therefore we ask that you allow ten days for orders
in the UK, 21 days for Europe and 28 days worldwide before contacting us on the
whereabouts of your order. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order
is still not received within in this time frame please contact us
customercare@healthspan.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement to be despatched
to you as soon as possible.
Unlike most online retailers, Healthspan box your order individually, so if there
is a problem with an individual product in your order it won’t hold your order up.
It is common for your order to get split up by the postal services and sometimes
you may receive only half your order one day and the rest the following day.
Healthspan normally despatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
If you order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday your order is generally
