When you click on a product’s add to basket or buy now button or link, the selected
product will be added to your basket in the top right hand part of the site. If
your basket already contains products, this will be shown as the number of “items”
in your basket.
To view the products that are in your basket, put your mouse over or click the View
basket button, you will be shown what is in your basket. If you want to remove a
product, click on the small X next to the product, which will remove them from your
basket.
To purchase, click on the Checkout or Secure Checkout button, which will take you
to the check out process, where you can register or sign in to make the payments
for your products.

Here at Healthspan we take online security very seriously. We’d like to assure you
that we take great care to protect the personal information you send to us over
the internet. All credit and debit card purchases are processed directly using a
PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant card processing company; Healthspan employees
have no access to this information whatsoever.
If you request that we store your card details, then we will only store a reference
number to an account saved securely with our card processing company. We do not
store actual credit card information like card numbers or CVV numbers (3 digit security
codes) on our website. You can rest assured that in the very unlikely event that
our security is breached, your personally identifiable financial data is not stored
anywhere on our systems.
All data sent over the internet to our website is encrypted using 2048bit encryption
(look for the padlock symbol in your web browser) making sure that your details
cannot be read whilst travelling over the internet.

This will take you to the registration page where you are required to enter your
name, email address and your address. We guarantee that we will not sell or pass
your data to a third party outside the Healthspan Group, in the normal course of
business, unless that third party requires the data to provide you with your order

Once completed you’ll be taken to your account page where you can amend personal
details, your address book, marketing preferences and contact customer services.
Upon completion of your order online Healthspan will send you an
automated email with your order reference number and details of your order placed.
Once logged in you can amend your contact details. Click on "My Account"
at the top of the page:

This will take you to your account page, from here click on "Personal Details".
You can change your name, email address or password within personal details.
If you want to change your billing address and delivery address(es) click on "Address
Book"
Healthspan offer you the option to save your credit/debit card details to save time
on your next visit. When you have entered your card details on the “Confirm & Pay”
page, simply select the box labelled “Please tick this box to save your credit card
details” and your card details will be saved as a token using the securest encryption
available by a PCI-compliant provider and is not accessible by Healthspan. Saving
your card details is completely optional and by default will not be stored unless
you check this box.
When saving your card details, you are required to “Name this card”, so you can
easily differentiate between cards, as once the card details are saved they are
encrypted for security reasons. If you choose to store your payment details you
will be able to simply select your chosen debit/credit card from the drop-down list,
to quickly and securely complete your transaction.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours by your selected delivery supplier
(all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays despatched within 24
hours after the next working day). If for any reason you wish to cancel or make
a change to your order we advise that you contact our call centre immediately on
0800 73 123 77 (Open from 9am to 6pm, 7 days a week) we cannot guarantee that your
order can always be cancelled or changed before it is despatched.

Your order will be despatched by your selected delivery supplier, your order is regularly
subject to routine checks by HM Customs and the like therefore we ask that you allow 10
days for orders in the UK, 21 for Europe and 28 days worldwide before contacting us on the
whereabouts of your order. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is still
not received within in this time frame please contact us at

If there is a problem with an individual product in your order it won’t hold your
order up. It is common for your order to get split up by the postal services and
sometimes you may receive only half your order one day and the rest the following
day.
All orders are despatched within 24 hours of the order being placed by your selected
delivery supplier. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday
your order is generally despatched by your selected delivery supplier the next working
day.
