Keeps my joints in good order.

I suffer with painful lower back because of bending down a lot in my garden to do the gardening I enjoy, I thought I would try these tablets as they are natural rather than take pain killers that can have adverse effects. I think they have helped once a take them each day for a while.

seems to reduce joint pains

I think Devil's Claw probably does help but it takes about a month to do so. Maybe I have not persevered with it long enough.
The Multivitality" 50 Plus" are good! I cannot tell you when I last had a cold - despite my grandchildren doing their best to share theirs with me! My doctor approves of the fact that I am having a top-up of vitamins etc. especially as I am trying to lose weight.

very good for my arthritis but now have to stop it as it is contra-indicated for peptic ulcer which I have just been diagnosed with.

Devils Claw has, over the years, helped to keep my body moving to my complete satisfaction. I would add that I am only three years away from being 80 and am completely mobile - thank you Devils Claw (not forgetting Healthspan).

I have not been taking this for sufficiently long to make an opinion. However, I do feel that my arthritic joint pain has reduced since I started. My wife has said that I do not rub my joints anything like that I used to so putting the two observations together it appears that the product is doing me good.
