Valerian SleepAid (THR) is a traditional herbal medicine which offers temporary relief of sleep disturbances caused by mild anxiety. An extract from the root of the Valerian herb, Valerian SleepAid (THR) has been proven to help provide a good night’s rest, based on traditional use only. 

Take one or two tablets daily, half an hour before bed time. Each tablet contains 300mg of extract from Valerian Root equivalent to 1,500mg-1,800mg whole herb.

The traditional herbal medicines registered as part of the THR scheme are regulated by the MHRA and of guaranteed quality.

Product Information


Take two tablets half an hour before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed whole with a little liquid.

It's difficult to assess because I have nights when I am awake until about 2-3am and then nights when I sleep through. When I've finished the tablets, I'll try a period of not taking any to see if there is a difference.
