I started taking these a year ago after reading a couple of articles about the be nefit, plus an unwanted call from a pushy saleswoman from another company. My GP was also considering a hospital referal as my knees were becoming more painful and xrays confirmed the problem. Along with prescription painkillers I am coping far more easily than a year ago.

It's difficult to know how much my good health is due to these pills but I remember as a poorly child being given rosehip syrup so it's been around a long time.

Again I have only been taking them a short time. I read an item which said that they were good for joints. I do a lot of running and other sports and I feel that the more I do to help my body the better and so I have started to take these.

I understand this complements my glucosamine and chondroitin intake, and it's the only Vit C product I take in the morning.
