Morning or Evening? All four Synergex tablets and capsules can be taken together at the same time every day. However, for maximum benefits, some nutrients, which have a beneficial effect on blood flow to the brain, are best taken in the morning. Others, which have a more long-term, structural effect on neuronal membranes, are best taken at night.
Morning: One Ginkgo Biloba tablet and one Neuro-vitamin complex tablet.
Evening: One Phospholipid complex capsule and one Omega 3 capsule.
