Ginkgo biloba contain powerful antioxidants that help to improve blood flow to the brain and help to maintain memory. Each tablet provides 120mg of the highest quality standardised Ginkgo biloba extract which provides 24% of the active compound, flavone glycosides and at least 2.5% bilobalides – the compounds responsible for the cognitive benefits of ginkgo.

Neuro-vitamin complex is an optimum neuro-complex of folic acid, 8 essential B vitamins and 10mcg vitamin D, all at optimal recommended levels. Folic Acid and B vitamins have been shown to help lower levels of homocysteine; an amino acid recently identified as a risk factor for dementia. Vitamin D is as important for healthy brain and nerve function as it is for healthy bones.

Phospholipid complex combines 100mg of the important brain nutrient phosphatidyl serine with an extra 175mg of concentrated fish oil. Phosphatidyl serine is a phospholipid that works synergistically with the omega-3 essential fatty acid, DHA, to maintain brain cell fluidity.

Omega-3 fish oils help to maintain the fluidity of neuronal membranes to optimise the speed at which electrical and chemical messages are passed from one brain cell to another. Brain Synergex contains a premium, body-ready fish oil that is double distilled, filtered and odour-neutralised. Each capsule contains 1,000mg of the very highest quality omega 3 fish oil, providing an unparalleled 600mg total omega 3 essential fatty acids (276mg DHA and 220mg EPA).

Morning or Evening? All four Synergex tablets and capsules can be taken together at the same time every day. However, for maximum benefits, some nutrients, which have a beneficial effect on blood flow to the brain, are best taken in the morning. Others, which have a more long-term, structural effect on neuronal membranes, are best taken at night.

Morning: One Ginkgo Biloba tablet and one Neuro-vitamin complex tablet.

Evening: One Phospholipid complex capsule and one Omega 3 capsule.
