*If a product is available in more than one pack size, Repeat Order can be set up on the larger pack size only. Certain nurture skincare products are not available on Repeat Order.

Q. How do I pay for my Repeat Order?
Repeat Orders are set up using a credit or debit card.
Q. How often will I receive my product?
On receipt of your order we will dispatch your first pack immediately. Thereafter, your item(s) will be dispatched when your current pack is expected to be running down. For example, if you have ordered Joint Synergex, each pack lasts 28 days so we will ensure that you receive your next pack just before your previous one runs out.
Q. What if my Repeat Order product is at a lower price in one of your offers?
Will I lose out on these great discounts?
Our Repeat Price Promise means that you'll always receive the best price on your product. If your product is on offer in our catalogue we will match that price on your Repeat Order. When the sale ends your Repeat Order product will return to £1 off its normal price.
Q. When will my card be debited?
Your card will be debited with the discounted Repeat Order price of your chosen product every time the product is due to be sent.
Q. How easy is it to cancel my Repeat Order?
It couldn't be easier, simply call us and one of our trained staff will happily cancel your Repeat Order immediately.
Q. Do I have to wait a set period of time before I cancel?
You are under no obligations. Feel free to cancel whenever suits you.
Q. Is it possible to pause my Repeat Order?
Absolutely. We realise there are times when you might not wish to cancel your Repeat Order but you need to pause it, for example, when going on holiday. This is easy to do and our friendly call centre staff will be happy to help.
