What I take this product for: Joint pain

I have taken this for a few years now after a joint injury & reading how omega 3 helps with alleviating/warding off arthritis and joint pain, wasnt convinced but thought may as well give it a try & now I wouldnt stop taking this now - have noticed difference when I have ran out my joints get a bit stiffer achier so I do feel this is keeping my bones well lubricated! Also extra health benefits to heart and skin - my skin looks healthier and not so dry. Also heard its recommended for helping dry eye conditions, I have had my eye sight laser corrected and dryness can be a side effect, other than the first month after surgery I have never had any problems - I do wonder if the omega 3 has perhaps helped with preventing this. All good!

Packaging 'not a problem'

What I take this product for: To replace and compensate for the lack of Omega which is due to being a 'non' fish eater.

I have been taking this product for over 5 years and have noticed a distinct overall improvement, particularly having had no heavy colds or flu for the last 2 years. It is the best on the market when compared to other suppliers e.g. cheapest is not always the best value. However, regarding comments about the packaging and damaged capsules there is quite a simple remedy. Just gently shake the package beforehand and the capsules become quite loose and undamaged - job done!

What I take this product for: I would highly recommend this for anyone with joint pain because it works!

I have suffered for a number of years now from very painful base thumb joints and at times was in serious pain. Things like knitting really aggravated the problem and there were times it definitely stopped me from doing various things. I tried several different glucosamine products, but they really didn't help and then I purchased this and have never looked back. Within four to six weeks the pain had gone and has not returned. I would never stop taking this as I know it totally works.

What I take this product for: We take this product becuase we wish to protect our bones and emune system.

We have better skin and no colds and flu this winter, for the first time in years. will continue taking from Helathspan

A smelly product

What I take this product for: I have been taking it for years and am a very healthy and active 76 year old. I take it for energy, skin care and general health. I have been using and recommending your products for about 15 years now.

I dislike the packaging as it is not airtight. The fish oil smells terrible in my drawer and when I take it my husband can always tell. The capsules stick together and are hard to get out. I only order one package at a time as I have had to throw away packages where the capsules have leaked even before the package was opened. And no, I don't keep them anywhere warm!

Concentrated Fish Oil, Fish Gelatin, Glycerin - of vegetable origin.

One capsule daily.
