Coming from one of the countries that this plant grows and using this directly from the plant it'self I find this a good help for lots of things, Aloe Vera has been around for longer than we can remember and find it's uses most valuable for most everything, and now being able to buy this in suppliment and liquid form is good for our wellbeing from the inside as well as the outside.
This is a daily suppliment in my regimen.
