If you enjoy active pursuits such as sport, walking or gardening you’ll know that your certain areas of your body can come under particular stress. Joint Physio is a refreshing lemon drink specifically designed for active people. Each handy sachet contains an advanced ‘bioavailable’ formula of optimum strength nutrients that are rapidly absorbed by the body.

Our patented Optiflex® Glucosamine HCl is produced from a sustainable corn based source via a special fermentation process. It provides 40% MORE glucosamine per gram compared to standard glucosamine 2KCl.

Joint Physio also includes high doses of bromelain and vitamin D3. Bromelain is a naturally occurring enzyme sourced from the stem of the pineapple plant which works in perfect synergy with glucosamine. Natural source vitamin D3 has many beneficial functions within the body including its contribution to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D3 is the form of vitamin D that is made in the body and therefor the form that our experts recommend.

Our experts recommend taking one sachet daily stirred into a glass of water. Each sachet provides our experts’ recommended intake of 1,500mg Optiflex Glucosamine, 300mg of natural bromelain and 75% RDA of Vitamin D3.

It helps me with joint pain of walking and gardening. It must work because if I forget to take it, I can tell the difference.

A great help for my aching joints!

This is also an accompaniment to the two previous products. The state of my current health is very good, for my age, so the combination of these products is obviously working for me.

I take joint physio on a regular basis . I am very active, run, swim, use the gym and bike. If I don't take these sachets my knees are sore and so are other joints.

I'm not good at tablets but I find it easy to add one sachet to my orange juice each morning. And I notice when I don't take them. I feel very stiff for a few days.

Got these for my mum and they helped her a lot. Unsure of long term health benefits though..

I preferred the packets of 30 sachets - the size of the 60 sachet packets is awkward, I have to decant the sachets into something more manageable for day to day use.

Unsure if the product actually helps the joints but I tend to get reduced aching in my muscles from sport when I use Joint Physio.

Thank you for your review.
