Not really sure whether it does any good. My husband takes it because he has a fatty liver so he thinks it may help.

Great service.

If I am truly honest, I don't know how much Milk thistle helps, but I take it as I enjoy a few glasses of wine and it it supposed to help with liver function. I do not have a problem with my liver, but take it as a prevention.

Thank you for your review.
