Healthspan's Starflower Oil capsules contain 1,000mg of Starflower Oil, including a 22% concentration of Gamma Linolenic Acid (205mg). Each capsule also contains 130mg Omega 9 Fatty Acids. 

Starflower Oil is taken from the Borage officinalis, commonly known as the Starflower, which is native to Great Britain, Europe and North Africa. It has blue star-shaped flowers and it is the seed that is used to produce starflower oil.
