As my wife and I don't eat nuts or seeds we feel that Vitamin E, together with the other supplements we take, keeps us quite young and healthy for 77yr olds.

This enables appropriate supplementation. Capsules have tended to cohere but they can generally be separated - see comment at 1.

I have been taking vitamin E for years, the effect of its protection from free radicals is cumulative, so I expect to continue to take them indefinitely.

I need to take 300units of vitamin E a day (along with a teaspoon of powdered kelp) to feed and protect my under-active thyroid. This in addition to taking a small prescription daily dose of thyroxin, and it has worked wonders for 25 years now! I cannot, I have found, manage without the boost of vitamin E and kelp.

Incidentally, piercing a vitamin E capsule and squirting the contents onto a burn or scald stops the pain in 7 minutes! If it returns after a few hours, a second squirt renews does the trick again. The burn/scald is healed the next day completely.

Perhaps you could write about these two benefits? I've only ever read about them in one book 40 years ago! But they work like magic.
