The exclusion of any food group from the diet can increase the risk of nutritional deficiencies. MultiVitality for Vegetarians is a unique multivitamin formulation that has been developed by our expert nutritionists to provide vegetarians and vegans with the ideal nutritional ‘safety net’.

Brain health:- 100% RDA of iron, which is normally attained in the diet through the consumption of red meat, is included alongside the complete B vitamin family to support normal cognitive and psychological functions.

Bone health:- High levels of calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K and magnesium are included for the role they play in supporting the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

 

Immunity:- 150% RDA of zinc which is difficult to obtain through a vegetarian diet, along with selenium, folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin C contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

    

Energy:- 400% RDA of vitamin B12 which is rarely found in plant sources is included for its various roles including the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the production of energy-yielding metabolism.

Hair, skin and nails:- Our expert nutritionists have included optimum levels of iodine, copper and selenium which can all be deficient in a vegetarian diet to contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails.

Have not had colds or flu since taking the Multivits (1 per day) and the Vit Cs + Bioflavanoids (3x per day). This is a big improvement.

Folic acid should not be taken with epilepsy drugs except on medical advice. If you are taking any prescribed medication or have any medical conditions, please contact your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamins or supplements.
