Seems to improve my concentration levels pretty well. Can't say the same for hot flushes. It works not too bad except for hot days, it cant win.

Brought this product to help ease hot flushes but can't really say that I've noticed any difference, I'm maybe not having quite as many .

Bought to help with menopausal sweats -awful. The sage seems to be helping.
