Vitamin B6, also known as Pyridoxine, is a prime member of the Vitamin B family. Healthspan’s nutritionists recommend 50mg of B6 a day, which is why each easy to swallow tablet contains precisely this amount.

Vitamin B6 has many benefits in the body including support for the Nervous system, brain function and the formation of red blood cells. It also support energy production and reduces tiredness and fatigue making Vitamin B6 a great option for a natural pick me up.

As it is water-soluble, it cannot be stored for long in the body and is readily lost in urine, so regular intakes are essential in your daily diet. Some food sources of Vitamin B6 include wholegrains, liver, meat, oily fish, soy products, bananas, nuts ( especially walnuts), green leafy vegetables, avocado and egg yolk.
