Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) - 18mg,
Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate) - 6mg,
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) - 2mg,
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin prep) - 1mcg,
Biotin (B7) - 150mcg,
Folic Acid (B9) - 200mcg.

Maltodextrin, Cellulose, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Stearic Acid - of vegetable origin, Silica, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Magnesium Stearate - of vegetable origin, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12.

One tablet a day with water.
