Glucosamine occurs naturally in the joints where it plays a role in the smooth working of joints and helps maintain connective tissues. Healthspan’s Optiflex Glucosamine Hydrochloride (HCl) is the most advanced form of glucosamine available, providing 40% more pure glucosamine per gram than standard glucosamine sulphate 2KCl.

Bromelain is a naturally occurring enzyme extracted from the stem of the pineapple plant which is recommended by our experts as a perfect partner to any glucosamine supplement.
