Again, have been taking for years and would be reluctant not to take. They were as an alternative for HRT and I have felt good on them.
Ought to be able to stop now i have reached 75?

These tablets worked wonders with regards to my "hot flushes" & other peri menopausal symptoms. The only downside was after taking them for a few weeks I got terrible breakouts, not just spots, but big angry boils around the jaw area, I believe this is due to estrogen dominance. I have stopped taking them due to this side effect. I think I would definitely try them again if & when the hot flashes return.

Bought for menopausal symptoms. Seems to really help! Have re ordered this supplement and will continue to do so.
