She is an award-winning writer and the author of 50 popular self-help books, has a regular column in Prima magazine and is a regular contributor to UK press. Sarah also writes for Lifespan magazine and is Healthspan’s Medical Director.

Rob Hobson

Nutritionist and Healthspan Head of Nutrition

As a registered nutritionist (Association for Nutrition), Rob has worked with some of the UK’s largest food and health companies. He does training in the public health sector (MSc public health nutrition), including schools, care homes, government agencies and the NHS. Rob contributes to UK press and has a monthly column in Women’s Health magazine.

Nicola Addison

Personal Trainer

Nicola is a consultant for leading health and fitness brands and regularly contributes to the industry press. She’s one of the best female personal trainers London has to offer and she’s a Register of Exercise Professionals accredited training provider. Her advice is practical and engaging. Fiona Hunter

Nutritionist

A highly respected, experienced and qualified nutritionist, food writer and broadcaster, Fiona trained as a dietitian and worked on Good Housekeeping for over ten years. She is known for her honest and practical, evidence-based approach to nutrition. She believes in the principle that ‘there’s no such thing as a bad food, only a bad diet.’ Of course some foods are healthier than others but, providing most of what you eat most of the time is healthy and balanced, that’s enough.

Dr Megan Arroll

Psychologist

Megan is a chartered psychologist, scientist and academic researcher (PhD, FHEA, CPsychol, CSci, AFBPsS) with a specialist focus on health and stress, invisible and misunderstood illnesses, integrative medicine and well-being. She has also conducted research into numerous long-term conditions and therapies used to treat illnesses such as CFS/ME, IBS and Ménière’s disease. Dr Dawn Harper

Dawn is a registered GP, practicing as an NHS doctor in Gloucestershire and a private doctor on Harley Street, specialising in preventative medicine, women’s and family health. Dr Dawn trained as a doctor at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians. She appears regularly on TV and has regular columns in various magazines, including Mother and Baby Magazine.
