These pancakes are a Sunday morning showstopper. They're moreish and with added HiLo Bar chunks, contain extra vitamins and minerals and extra protein, as well as a the mouth-watering HiLo Bar flavour of caramel and milk chocolate!


  • 100g porridge oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml milk (any kind)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional if you require extra protein intake)
  • 1 Milk Chocolate and Caramel Crunch HiLo Bar
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

To serve:

  • Berries of your choice
  • Drizzle of maple syrup


  1. Add all the ingredients for the batter into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Then stir in the chopped up Hilo bar
  3. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil to a hot pan and careful place a tablespoon full of batter mix into the pan.
  4. Repeat and flip the pancakes over when they are golden. Cook until each pancake is golden on each side

You can also use the Mint Hilo Bar if you want to change up the flavour for next time.
