100g porridge oats
300ml milk (any kind)
100ml water
1 scoop protein powder (optional if you require extra protein intake)
1 Milk Chocolate and Caramel Crunch HiLo Bar

To serve

Berries of your choice
Drizzle of maple syrup
Crumbled pecans
