HiLo Protein Pancakes



These pancakes are a Sunday morning showstopper. They’re moreish and with added HiLo Bar chunks, contain extra vitamins and minerals and extra protein, as well as a the mouth-watering HiLo Bar flavour of caramel and milk chocolate!

Ingredients

100g porridge oats
1 banana
1 tbsp. peanut butter
2 eggs
100ml milk (any kind)
1 scoop protein powder (optional if you require extra protein intake)
1 Milk Chocolate and Caramel Crunch HiLo Bar
1 tsp coconut oil

To serve

Berries of your choice
Drizzle of maple syrup
