Overnight oats are a popular breakfast at the moment and we can absolutely see why. They’re a perfect on-the-go breakfast, they’re packed with nutrients to help you start you day well and above all, they taste great. We’ve created two delicious overnight oat recipes that’ll leave you satisfied all the way through to lunchtime. 

The overnight oats with a fruity twist

Ingredients

  • 100ml orange juice
  • 50g oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3 large spoonfuls of yoghurt
  • 1 orange peeled and sliced
  • Handful of dried cranberries
  • Handful of chopped pistachios
  • Drizzle of honey

Method

Mix together the oats, orange juice and cinnamon in a sealable jar. Top with a layer of yoghurt and then a layer of sliced oranges. Sprinkle over the cranberries and nuts and finish with the honey. Put the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight.

Serves: 1

The HiLo chocolate overnight oats that’ll make your mouth water

Ingredients

To serve:

  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of chopped hazelnuts
  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs
  • Drizzle of maple syrup

Method

Blitz the HiLo bar, almond butter and almond milk together in a blender until smooth. Mix this with the oats and refrigerate overnight. Top with blueberries, nuts, cocoa nibs and maple syrup and eat.

Ingredients

To serve:

  • Sprinkle of cocoa nibs
  • Sliced strawberries

Method

Blitz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

The turmeric smoothie that’ll power you through the day

Ingredients

  • YoGo multivitamin natural sachet
  • 150 almond milk
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1” fresh ginger
  • 3 dates
  • 1 banana
  • Handful/15g oats
  • Handful/20g almonds
  • Squeeze ½ tbsp. honey

To serve:

  • Sprinkle of toasted oats
  • Chopped almonds

Method

Mix the YoGo sachet with the almond milk according to packet instructions then blitz along with all the other ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
