This dish makes a great breakfast for those on the go! Each serving provides two of your five-a-day and is an excellent source of potassium, calcium, folate and vitamin C. Perfect for heart health this smoothie provides soy isoflavones and a type of fibre known as beta-glucans that have been shown to help lower cholesterol.


  • 2 ripe white peaches, stoned and roughly chopped
  • 100g raspberries
  • 25g oats
  • 400ml soya or almond milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Ice


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Add 4-5 cubes of ice to the mix and blend again.
  3. Divide the mixture between two glasses and serve chilled.

Serves: 2
