Nathan Douglas is Britain's Number One triple jumper. He made his senior debut in 2004, where he improved his lifetime best from 16.49m to 16.95m at the Olympic Trials. Douglas is also a performance coach for athletes.
Josh Lewis started triathlon in 2016 after previously competing for Guernsey as a swimmer in the Island Games on four occasions and the Youth Commonwealth Games in the Isle of Man. Once turning his attention to triathlon, he was selected to compete for Guernsey at the Gotland Island games, and subsequently the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in 2018.
Jade Clarke became the most-capped England Netball player of all time, with over 150 caps, after their gold medal winning Commonwealth Games in 2018. She has also been in the England Netball Hall of Fame since 2014.
