Despite facing challenges due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, Healthspan remains committed to the safety of its customers and employees, as well as to providing the service its customers expect. Here you'll find the steps Healthspan has taken to maintain its customer service during recent events.

Delivery updates

The COVID-19 situation means there is the potential for disruption to deliveries. We will post here any information relevant to the timely delivery of your Healthspan products.

  • Our Warehouse is operating well and your product will be dispatched as quickly as usual. However, please note that we are currently experiencing slightly longer delivery times due to Royal Mail delays. Most orders to the UK are being received within 4-7 working days (or 2-3 working days for 1st class delivery). However, we ask that you allow up to 10 working days before contacting us for issue of a replacement.
  • Note to international customers: Some international shipments may experience delayed delivery times due to the current COVID-19 situation. Unfortunately the delays are out of our control and can be caused by border controls, changes to international transport methods and by quarantine measures imposed by certain countries. We apologise and ask for your patience and understanding for any delay.

Customer safety

Information about the steps Healthspan has taken that will help keep you safe when buying its products.

  • Over 95% of our supplement range is letterbox-friendly, so you don't have to make an extra trip outside to buy what you need.
  • Our supplement packages are wrapped in cellophane (which you can dispose of immediately), while every individual capsule or tablet is foil-sealed, so you can rely on the safety and freshness of our products.
  • Staff at our warehouse are equipped with masks and gloves to be worn at all times when handling product. Hand sanitisers are installed throughout the facility, along with antiseptic wipes at work stations.
