NutriCoach is being retired
From the 30th June, the Healthspan app will no longer be available. This decision was made due to the lack of engagement from consumers and underwhelming customer experience the app provided.
Can I still use my devices?
Yes. If you have synced your tracker or scales to the app before its closure, you will still be able to use their basic functionality. The tracker can be used as a pedometer and watch, allowing you to keep track of your step count each day; and the scales can be used as digital scales.
Why are you closing the app?
There were a number of issues with the app's capability, and it was important to Healthspan that customers were provided with technology that meets the company’s high standards. The app did not meet these standards.
