What is the ‘manage subscriptions’ function?

If you have set up a product on Subscribe & Save, you’ll be pleased to know that in addition to saving £1 on every pack and being guaranteed the lowest price, you can also manage your subscriptions online. Under the ‘my account’ section you can view, amend, delay or cancel your subscription at the touch of a button.

How do I manage my subscription?

To manage a particular subscription simply select ‘edit’ on the relevant product in the ‘manage subscriptions’ section which can be found either in the ‘my account’ or after logging in.

I would like to get my product more often, how do I do this?

You can easily change how often you receive your product by changing the frequency in the ‘manage subscription’ area. For example, if you currently have a subscription set up to be delivered every 60 days but two people within your household are now taking the supplement you can select to receive it every 30 days instead. Simply select the frequency you would prefer, click save and your subscription will be automatically amended.

Alternatively, you can request to get more packs delivered as part of your subscription by amending the quantity.

I’m not ready for my next pack, can I delay when I receive my next subscription?

You can amend the date of your next delivery at any point by either selecting the number of days in which you would like it to come or a specific calendar date.

Can I change where my product is delivered to?

If you move or would simply like the product to be delivered elsewhere for more convenience e.g. your workplace, you can change the address within the ‘manage subscriptions’ area and your details will be automatically amended for your next delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Should you wish to cancel your subscription simply click the red cross at the bottom right hand corner of the ‘manage subscriptions’ page. Alternatively, if you would prefer to speak to someone please call our Freephone number 0800 73 123 77 and one of our agents will be happy to help.
