Do I need to spend a certain amount to obtain free delivery?
Free delivery is available on all orders delivered within the UK.
What Postage service is used to fulfil orders?
Individual orders are dispatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail. If an order qualifies as a bulk-order it will be dispatched via courier service. Bulk orders consist of 4 or more packs of the same product.
All European orders are dispatched via DHL.
*How long will my product take to be delivered?
Individual orders to the UK are dispatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail and should arrive within 3 working days. If your order qualifies as a bulk-order then your order will be dispatched via courier and should arrive within 2 working days.
Individual orders to Europe are dispatched via DHL and should arrive within 5 working days.
*I am expecting my order, but it has yet to arrive, what should I do?
In the unfortunate event that your order hasn’t arrived within the target delivery time outlined above please allow up to 5 working days. If after 5 working days your order still hasn’t arrived please contact us; FREEPHONE 0800 80 30 123 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer care advisors will be on hand to help.
Can I order products if I do not live in the UK?
Yes, all European orders are charged at a flat rate of £8.74 regardless of size and destination. European orders can either be placed via our website or by calling +44 2392 714175.

Refunds & Returns
How do I return a product and get a refund?
For individual products:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Healthspan Elite® product and wish to obtain a refund, or exchange your item, please follow the instructions below:
1. Enclose a brief note explaining the reason for return and then select the item you wish to exchange these with. Payment will also need to be enclosed if the exchange item is a higher price
2. Cross out your name and address (leaving visible)
3. Write "FREEPOST Healthspan" on the box.
4. Take the parcel to the Post Office to return to us free of charge.
Please inform us if you experience problems doing so and we will send free post labels.
For European or larger order returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your products to obtain an exchange or refund.
The order I have received contains the wrong product, how do I return this product and receive a replacement/refund?
