Achievements: Commonwealth Games Men's individual triathlon 2018
Josh Lewis started competing in triathlons in 2016 after previously competing for Guernsey as a swimmer in the Island Games on four occasions and the Youth Commonwealth Games in the Isle of Man. Once turning his attention to triathlon, he was selected to compete for Guernsey at the Gotland Island games, and subsequently the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in 2018.
After turning full time following his architectural education, he joined the National Triathlon Performance Centre in Wales to train full time, alongside senior Welsh International Triathletes and world-class athletes alike. Since joining the Performance centre, he has competed in multiple ITU events globally representing Great Britain.
Josh is now targeting the British and Welsh series events in the UK, competing internationally in the Island Games and looking at moving up the world triathlon rankings over the coming years leading into the next Commonwealth Games in 2022, where he hopes to achieve selection.
