Hate the blister packs as I always break my nails trying to get the tablets out

We're sorry you're not a fan of our letterbox-friendly blister packs - We had a lot of negative feedback about our tubs and have moved our whole range over to foil-sealed blister packs to ensure uncontaminated, fresh tablets right through the pack - Nicola

13 March 2017

I've been using these for approximately 9 months to try and alleviate my hot flushes, which were worse since stopping HRT. My doctor advised Soy, so I started taking them twice a day and although it took about 3 months before I noticed any difference, I am sure they have helped. The flushes have definitely lessened in the quantity I was getting, although I do get some days worse than others! But overall, I am sure they have helped.

Thank you for your review - It's lovely to hear how well the product is working for you.

Hard to know it they make any real difference as its impossible to make any objective comparisons but worth a try!

Thank you for your review - We would recommend this product be taken for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks, however maximum benefits may not be obtained until at least 3 months of continuous usage.

Too early to tell. I don't know if I am too old to use it and would appreciate information about this. I took this medication some years ago for sometime.
