What is the Replenish Day−Night Skin Nutrition Supplement?

We've always advocated that to achieve optimum skin health it needs to be cared for on the outside and nourished on the inside. Your skin needs different nutrients at different times of the day, so we developed these 24−hour supplements to feed your skin with the nutrients it needs at all times. This carefully balanced supplement is formed of day time tablets and night time capsules, one of each of which are to be taken each day.

The night capsules contain essential Omega 3 fatty acids from echium oil and starflower. We've also added lycopene, and vitamin E which acts as an antioxidant to protect your cells from oxidative stress.
