What is Super Strength Omega 3?

It’s a highly concentrated, purified and sustainably sourced fish oil with high levels of omega 3 fatty acids per capsule. You only have one body so it makes perfect sense to do all you can to keep it in good condition. And while following a healthy lifestyle is key, omega 3 fatty acids provide that extra help. Omega 3 fish oils contain Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), two long−chain fatty acids that are considered to be the most beneficial types of omega 3. The fish content in the Mediterranean diet is one of the reasons scientists have long recommended it for good health.
