Evening primrose oil is a rich and natural source of the essential polyunsaturated fatty acid ‘gamma linolenic acid’ (GLA), often taken for women's health. GLA cannot be made by the body, so you must get it from the foods you eat or by taking an evening primrose oil supplement.
