^Millions of Healthspans orders are dispatched each year. 99.2% of all packs are given to the Post Office within 24 hours. We have a continual customer tracking service and can report that 93.2% of customers receive their packs within 4 working days (as of 31/10/2013). Unfortunately some packs do get mislaid and we do ask for customers to wait for 10 working days for their pack to arrive before we dispatch a replacement

All VetVits orders are shipped from the UK and qualify for FREE delivery. You should expect to receive all order in 2 to 3 working days from when you place your order. But orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive. If you have any questions about your VetVits order please contact our UK based call center.
All UK orders placed before 11am are normally delivered into the UK Royal Mail system the next working day, however we ask that you allow 7 to 10 working days for the product to be delivered to your door in case of any delays that may occur within Royal Mail.
All other orders placed before 11am are normally delivered into the mail system for the appropriate country; Europe please allow up to 21 days for delivery and for the rest of the world up to 28 days.
If you have chosen standard delivery, your order will arrive as separate parcels via our letter box friendly packaging, so there are no inconvenient visits to the Post Office to collect your parcel. This means that the parcel is likely to be delivered with the rest of your post. If you have selected Courier service, you will need to be at home to sign for your parcel. See question “Will I need to sign for my delivery?”
If you place an order using the PostDirect Courier service for UK delivery you will need to sign for your delivery. If a signature is required the carriers won't leave the parcel at an address without getting a signature. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel, they will return it to the depot and leave you a card. You should call the number on the card and quote your parcel number to rearrange delivery.
Your order will be dispatched by PostDirect, your order is regularly subject to routine checks by HM Customs and the like therefore we ask that you allow ten days for orders in the UK, 21 days Europe and 28 days worldwide before contacting us on the whereabouts of your order.
In the unfortunate event that your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery times outlined below, please contact our UK based customer services team on 0800 73 123 77. Alternatively you can email us email@example.com and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
