What is High Strength Omega 3 1000 mg?
Did you know? Omega 3 fatty acids have a wide range of scientifically proven health benefits. Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) are two types of omega 3 fatty acids that play an important role in the healthy functioning of our brain, eyes and heart.* Healthspan's High Strength Omega 3 1000 mg fish oil contains high levels of DHA and EPA. These long−chain fatty acids, which are found mainly in oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines and fresh tuna, are the types of omega 3 that research shows are most beneficial to human health.

Our omega 3 capsules contain 1000 mg fish oil, a third of which is pure omega 3 fatty acids − a higher level than in many fish oil supplements.
