It has helped to reduce the intensity of my hot flashes but I still get them daily.

I have found these have cut down dramatically on sudden temperature rises that I have been previously experiencing, during the day and the night. Whilst I am feeling the benefit of this, after two to three weeks, I will keep taking them.

I started these for hot flushes and was not impressed initially, you have to take them for about 8 weeks before you notice the differeence. They have helped me dramtically and i've gone from 20 flushes over 24 hours to about 6! Persevere and they are worth every penny!
