What is PregnaPure® Pregnancy & New Mum?
Every mum wants to give her baby the best, and good nutrition is an important part of that. That's why we've designed a two−part supplement for pregnant women and breastfeeding mums, based on medical research. Because babies' brains and eyesight are so important, we've included an omega 3 fish oil capsule, which contains 280 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 60 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) − two fatty acids that are proven to contribute to normal brain and eye development in both foetus and breastfed babies.* The multivitamin tablet contains a full range of vitamins and minerals you need throughout this special time. We've added 400 µg folic acid − the daily amount recommended by the Department of Health for women in early pregnancy. Folic acid is probably the most important pregnancy vitamin as it helps protect the foetus from birth defects. We've also included 10 µg vitamin D3, an important vitamin for new mums because it helps breastfeeding babies to form healthy bones, teeth and muscles. And there's calcium, which is also vital for your developing baby's bones and teeth.*
