What is Elite Vitamin B12?
Vitamin B12 is an important vitamin necessary for the formation of red blood cells. It also plays a key role in energy−yielding metabolism, the normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal psychological function.
Why is ours better?
This supplement is ideal for those following a plant−based diet. Vitamin B12 is found naturally in many animal−based foods, such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy − meaning vegetarians and vegans can be at risk of vitamin B12 deficiency. We also use the Methylcobalamin form of vitamin B12 in our formulation, instead of the more commonly used Cyancobalamin form. Methylcobalamin is a naturally occurring form found in food and is better absorbed by the body.
